Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006
The Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation is a chemical regulatory framework applicable in the 27 European Union member states, as well as the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and European Economic Area (EEA) countries. The REACH regulation came into force on June 1, 2007. The regulation will be phased in over an eleven year period, ending in 2018. The regulation is aimed at gathering information on chemical use and to improve public
health and safety within the European Economic Area. Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) are identified on the REACH candidate list, which was last updated December 16, 2013. Rudolph Technologies is committed to working with our supply chain to fully comply with REACH, and to provide our customers with the appropriate information regarding SVHC within Rudolph Technologies products.
